Refund & Return Policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at woffee428@gmail.com. Please note that, once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Governing Language
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all translations. However, in the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between the English version and the Chinese version of this Refund & Return Policy, the Chinese version shall prevail and govern the interpretation of this policy.
