Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery services to Hong Kong and Macau. All orders are shipped via SF Express.

Shipping Fees
Shipping for Hong Kong orders is HKD 40. Free shipping is available for orders of HKD 400 or above.
Shipping for Macau orders is HKD 50. Free shipping is available for orders of HKD 500 or above.
For orders to Mainland China, please contact us in advance to enquire about shipping arrangements and applicable delivery charges.

Dispatch Time Information
Most of our products are offered through pre-order and group-buy arrangements. Each group-buy campaign has a designated order cutoff date. Orders will be placed with suppliers after the cutoff date, and additional time will be required for goods to arrive in Hong Kong.
If an order contains products from different group-buy campaigns, all items will generally be shipped together once every item has arrived. If you wish to receive items in separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
Actual dispatch times may vary depending on the specific group-buy product, production schedules, logistics arrangements, and customs clearance processes. All delivery and dispatch timelines are estimates only, provided for reference purposes, and do not constitute a guarantee.

We will use reasonable efforts to provide updates on group-buy campaigns and order progress through our website, email communications, and social media platforms. In the event of delays caused by supplier production schedules, international transportation, customs clearance procedures, or other factors beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to keep customers informed and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Governing Language
In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between the English version and the Chinese version of this Shipping Policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
